Early-bird bonus
We give a 2% early-bird discount on room-prices for bookings up to 5 months before arrivial for stays over 7 nights or longer. (Not combineable with bargain-weeks)
Dogs
are only admitted in suites "Bärwurz" after request. They are not admitted in restaurants, bar, beauty-, wellness-, pool-, and bathing-areas. We charge 5,00 € per day for dogs without food.

If you recommend us successfully to a new guest, who books for at least one week, you'll get a drinking-voucher for 30,00 €.

When booking the Suite "Enzian" and "Bärwurz" as holiday flat, the price will be reduced for 30%! Laundry, weekly laundry change and final cleaning are included.

- For mistakes in correspondence, the actual price list is valid.
- This price lists substitutes all precending, possible price changings are reserved. For bookings over special holidays, the following conditions msut be fulfilled:

Feast of Corpus Christi - For overnight stays with breakfast, we reduce the price for 10,00 € for dinner!
- For meals, we ask the residence's guests into the hotel.
- Arrival from 15.00 until 18.00 h. Leaving room until 11.00 h.
- All services end on departure day at 11.00 h.
- All prices are per person and night, excl. visitors' tax of 1,60 € for adults, children up to 6 years are for free. children between 6 and 18 years pay 0,80 € visitors' tax. With our guest-card and the "GUTi" you can use lots of regional bus- and trainconnections for free in the area of the Bayerwald-Ticket.
- We cannot promise any room numbers or floors, but we promise that you get your booked room-category.
- All facilities are only for guests of Hotel Hochriegel.
- For preliminary departures or short-time cancellation from 14 days before arrival, we charge 60% of half-board-price or 100% of room-price. Cancellations must happen in written form for both parties.
- We recommend to sign a travel cancellation insurance. Please request the insurance's form.
- We accept following credit cards: VISA, EC-cards, but we prefer cash-payment.
- For payment with credit card, we ask 14 days before arrival for your credit-card-number for charging your credt-card with holiday-price to our account at VR- Bank Spiegelau, bank code 74164149, account number 419010.
- Terms and conditions are valid, which are published at our actual valid price-list and on our website and excerpts on good to know.
